The Internal Talent Awards (ITAs) is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for our Gala Event which will take place on September 7th, 2023, at Dolton House in Hyde Park, Sydney. The awards celebrate excellence and innovation in the internal talent industry and are open to internal talent teams of any size and maturity.
The Internal Talent Awards seek to recognise exceptional individuals and teams that have made significant contributions to the internal talent industry. This can include innovative practices, outstanding performance, and exceptional leadership in internal talent development.

Nominations are open until June 4, 2023, and can be submitted online via the Internal Talent Awards website. The nomination process is straightforward with a series of relevant questions, and an opportunity to include attachments. All entries will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts. Finalists will be announced on July 14, 2023.
