The Internal Talent Awards (ITAs) were held on September 4th, 2025, to recognise the achievement and innovation of key players in the Internal Talent Acquisition industry. It has the highest volume of nominations yet, and the 18 winners, along with the sponsors of the 16 awards, are listed below.

Enterprise Talent Leader of the Year, sponsored by TQSolutions, won by Jessica Gibson-Jones – Toll Group.

Enterprise Talent Professional of the Year, sponsored by Avature, won by Rosa Van Kuyk – AFCA.

Corporate Talent Team of the Year, sponsored by Lightbox, won by Metso Australia.

Corporate Talent Leader of the Year, sponsored by Upplft, (Joint winners) won by Kylie Cashion – TasNetworks and Reegan Kerkin – Oceana Gold.

Corporate Talent Professional of the Year, sponsored by Daxtra, won by Sarah Kean – TasNetworks.

Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to Sue Howse.

The ITAs were held at the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne on September 4th, 2025, with over 400 in attendance.
