Alisa didn’t “fall into recruitment” – she chose it. From her early days studying business and HR in Moscow to leading large-scale talent projects in Australia, she’s been fascinated by the way great people shape great companies. She has worked across consulting, agency, retail, manufacturing, and eCommerce. She has built teams, implemented ATS and other recruitment platforms, and led talent projects through times of rapid growth, slowdowns, and major tech shifts from early LinkedIn to today’s AI tools.
Today, Alisa is a Talent Acquisition Lead at Coles Group, helping build high-performing teams and new ventures like Swaggle. She’s passionate about using data, curiosity, and empathy to design hiring experiences that create long-term impact for both people and organisations.
