Katelyn Reddin has spent 17 years in People and Culture roles across a variety of areas including Executive Search, People Partnering, Talent, OD and Health and Wellbeing.
Katelyn currently leads a multi disciplinary team at Medibank who are creating the blueprint for the healthiest workplace in Australia.
Katelyn has worked at some of Australia’s top ASX organisations helping to achieve business and customer outcomes through commercial people strategies. She has a fundamental belief that joyful, healthy teams drive sustained high performance and that learning and reflection is a key tenant of individual and organisational growth.
